Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Policy

  • Pets are not allowed due to lack of adequate facilities.
  • Parties are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed at all the interior areas of the property.
  • Quiet hours: from 23.00pm until 07.00am daily

Payment Policy

  • To confirm your reservation, a 30 – 50% deposit payment will be required within 5 days. You will receive an email after you complete the reservation with the percentage amount required for your reservation.
  • If the deposit is not received within the agreed date, the reservation will be automatically canceled without any further notice.
  • Deposit cannot be transferred to other dates or reservations.
  • The balance due must be paid upon your arrival. We accept payments by bank transfer or in cash.
  • All costs associated with the transaction must be borne by the customer.
  • Payments must be done only in euro (€).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations and modifications are considered only if received by email.
  • In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation until 31 days prior to arrival date, the deposit amount will be refunded in total.
  • For cancellations or further modifications received in the 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit amount won’t be refunded.
  • Full charges apply in case the client doesn’t show up or stays for a shorter time than originally booked or cancels during the stay.
