Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a 30 – 50% deposit payment will be required within 5 days. You will receive an email after you complete the reservation with the percentage amount required for your reservation.
If the deposit is not received within the agreed date, the reservation will be automatically canceled without any further notice.
Deposit cannot be transferred to other dates or reservations.
The balance due must be paid upon your arrival. We accept payments by bank transfer or in cash.
All costs associated with the transaction must be borne by the customer.
Payments must be done only in euro (€).

Cancellations and modifications are considered only if received by email.
In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation until 31 days prior to arrival date, the deposit amount will be refunded in total.
For cancellations or further modifications received in the 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit amount won’t be refunded.
Full charges apply in case the client doesn’t show up or stays for a shorter time than originally booked or cancels during the stay.
