Casa Livadia is a beautiful little nest in the countryside for guests who want to spend some time close to nature!! Though it’s a bit of a drive from Adamas (15 min) or Plaka (20min), the peace and quiet surrounding the home will compensate you! It is ideal for guests who ask for tranquility and relaxation and for those who want to come closer to nature and love activities such as walking in the countryside or trekking!

Let’s walk into the house: When entering the house, you will reach the seating area which is equipped with a built-in sofa bed and a dining table where guests could also work! In the same room is a built-in queen size bed and the wardrobe! The kitchen is equipped with two stovetops, a big fridge, all cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and boiler so you can prepare some meals during your stay!! The shower cabin and the toilet room are a piece of art!! A beautiful natural rock is part of each room and makes them so unique and natural! Outside the house, there is a nice patio with views to nature and at sunset time the sky has all the beautiful colors of pink, purple, yellow, and orange! The area is remote and there are some locals staying nearby! One of them is a scrap collector and you will see a nice collection of old metal pieces at his private field (access is not allowed)! Note: the road leading to the house, in its llast part of 700 meters, is a dirt road but in good condition! We strongly recommend you rent a vehicle to reach the property and explore the island easily! The nearest bus stop is 3,5km away!
